How do I book, pay and cancel?

The form behind every “Reserve” button on this site does the work in four short steps, and it shows the running total as you go:

1. The evening and the guests. Pick the date, then the number of adults, children aged 4–9 and children up to 3. The prices for each band are applied for you.
2. The extras. The drinks package for whichever adults want it, the hotel transfer with your hotel’s name, and the romantic table if it is an occasion. All three are optional.
3. Your details. A name for the booking and a phone number.
4. The summary. Everything you chose, with the total. Sending it opens WhatsApp with your request already written, in your language.

The reservation is confirmed in that same WhatsApp chat, and the exact map pin for the pier comes with the confirmation. On a computer the form offers a QR code instead, so the conversation can carry on from your phone, which is where you will want it on the night.

If you would rather not use a form at all, write to us on WhatsApp directly with the date and the number of guests; it comes to the same thing. Either way, one person can book for everybody: a family or a group of twenty goes under one name.

There is no deposit, no card number taken in advance and no online checkout anywhere in the process. The evening is paid for on board, on the night, in whichever of these suits you:

• Cash in euros, Turkish lira or US dollars.
• Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy are accepted.

The total is the one the form showed you, made up of the per-person prices and any extras you chose; drinks bought at the bar outside the drinks package are paid at the bar. The figures, with worked examples, are on the price page.
