Organising a night out for ten people usually means collecting money, chasing a deposit and hoping the restaurant seats you together. Here it means one message. Your tables are reserved side by side in one name, every guest pays the same €24.30 on board, nobody pays anything in advance, and the evening comes with a four-course dinner, a live stage show and a DJ on the open deck already inside the price.

The salon is laid out in tables along panoramic windows, all of them facing a single stage. A group is seated as a run of those tables, next to each other, held in the organiser's name from the moment the booking is confirmed. Nobody has to arrive early to claim anything.

One name: The whole group is one reservation under one name. At the gangway that name is on the list, and the group boards together or in twos and threes as people arrive; the tables are held either way.
Side by side: Tables are assigned in advance, not first come first served, so a group's tables are put next to one another when the seating plan is drawn up. Twelve people are twelve people together, not four tables scattered through the room.
The meze: Ten cold mezes come to the table on shared platters, which is how a Turkish table is meant to start and happens to be exactly right for a group: everybody reaches, nobody orders.

Each their own main: After the mezes and the hot börek, every guest chooses their own main course from five: salmon, sea bass, chicken skewer, beef skewer or the vegetarian platter. A table of ten can have all five on it.
The stage: The show is placed to be seen from every table, so a group at the far end of the run sees the same four acts as the group at the near end. No one in your party is stuck behind a pillar.
The deck: Open on every side, room for the group photograph before departure with the pier behind, and the place the whole party ends up once the DJ starts after dessert.

One thing to say plainly

This is a shared sailing. The boat is not closed for your party: there will be couples, families and other groups at their own tables, and the show, the DJ and the deck are for everyone on board. That is exactly why a night with dinner, a stage show and a party can be had for €24.30 a head instead of the price of hiring a boat. A group of twenty has the same evening as a couple, at their own run of tables, and so does everyone else.

The sailing does not change. What we do for the group does, a little, depending on why they came.

Birthday: Tell us whose it is when you book. The dessert arrives as the DJ takes over, which is a natural moment for it. If there is something you want to bring or arrange, say so on WhatsApp and we will tell you what the boat can do.
Hen and stag nights: A dinner, a stage show and a DJ set on the water for €24.30 a head, with the drinks package at €10 for anyone who wants it. It ends at midnight at a pier with Beyoğlu's bars a short tram ride away, so the night can carry on from there. It is not a booze cruise: there are families on board.
Company evening: A team dinner, a client night, a conference group with one free evening. One reservation, one name, one payment on board if that is how you would like to settle it, and nothing to sign or pay beforehand.
Friends travelling together: The night in Istanbul that everyone will remember as the night. Book under one name, add the transfer if you are at the same hotel, and split the bill however you like on board.
Family gathering: Three generations at one run of tables. Children under four sail free, ages four to nine pay €5 less, grandparents eat in a heated salon and watch the show from their seats. The family evening is worked out on its own page.
Tour groups and agencies: Groups arriving with a guide or a coach are seated together the same way. Message us with the date and the number and we confirm the tables; there is no separate group tariff because the price is already the price.

There is no group rate because there is no group surcharge: the same €24.30 per adult whether there are two of you or forty. Here it is worked out, with the extras that only the people who want them pay for.

10 adults: 10 × €24.30 = €243.00. The cruise, dinner, the show and soft drinks for all ten. This is the whole bill if nobody adds anything.
8 adults, 2 children aged 4–9: 8 × €24.30 + 2 × €19.30 = €233.00. Children aged 0–3 would be free on top of that.
20 adults: 20 × €24.30 = €486.00. Same price per head as for two people; the tables simply run longer.
Drinks package: +€10 per person for two glasses from the bar, taken only by those who want it. Six of the ten take it: +€60. The other four keep their unlimited soft drinks and pay nothing more.
Hotel transfer: +€5 per person, both directions, from your hotel to the pier for 20:00 and back at midnight. Same-day transfer can be added until 18:30.
Never charged: No deposit, no booking fee, no service charge, no minimum spend and no cancellation fee until 19:00 on the day.

What the organiser never has to do

Collect money from anyone before the night. Pay a deposit and chase it back if plans change. Sign a contract. Print tickets. Arrive early to hold the tables. The reservation is a name, a date and a number of people; the money changes hands once, on board, at the end of the evening, in one payment or in parts, in cash in euros, lira or dollars, or by card.

Everything we need fits in a WhatsApp message, and everything you need back arrives the same way. Here is the whole exchange, start to finish.

What we need: A name for the reservation, the date, how many adults and how many children with their ages, and the hotel if you want the transfer. That is the whole form. Use the reservation form on this page or write it in a message.
When to book: As early as you can for the largest groups, so the run of tables can be planned. Smaller groups are taken the same day until the 21:00 departure, subject to space.
Changes: Headcounts move; tell us by message and the tables move with them. The whole booking can be cancelled free until 19:00 on the day, and since nothing was paid there is nothing to refund.

On the night: Doors open at 20:00. The name is on the list at the gangway; the group boards together or as people arrive, and is shown to its tables. The meze is on the table before the boat leaves at 21:00.
Paying: On board at the end of the evening, cash or card, in one payment or several, whichever the group prefers. No prepayment and nothing held on a card.
Language: Reservations and questions are handled on WhatsApp in 32 languages, so the organiser can write in their own and so can the guests who message separately.

A stage show lands differently on twelve people than on two. So does a knife dance. This is what the evening is like when the table is long.

The group photograph is taken on the open deck between 20:00 and 21:00, while the boat is still alongside and the light is going. Then the tables, and the mezes already on them, ten cold dishes on shared platters that a group gets through faster than the kitchen expects. The ropes come off at 21:00 with the first palace minutes away.

The show starts with the dervish, which quiets even a hen party, and then does the opposite: the folk dances, the knife dance with the blades ringing on the stage, the Oba Dombra rhythm that gets a long table clapping in time, and belly dance as the peak, with a few guests drawn gently into it. A group of twelve will supply at least one volunteer.

Dessert arrives as the DJ takes over, with a saxophonist playing live over the set, and this is the hour a group came for. The floor fills, the deck fills, and the Asian shore goes past behind it: Beylerbeyi, Kuzguncuk, Üsküdar, and then Maiden's Tower closer than anything all night. The last hour has its own page.

Alongside at Kabataş between 23:45 and midnight. The tram is a minute away, taxis are at the entrance, a driver is waiting if you booked the transfer, and Beyoğlu is a short ride for the part of the group that is not finished.

Is there a maximum group size?

Message us with the date and the number and we will confirm the tables. Larger groups are best booked as early as possible so the run of tables can be planned; smaller groups can book the same day until the 21:00 departure, subject to space.

Can we hire the whole boat?

No. This is a shared evening sailing, with your group at its own run of tables alongside other guests. That is what makes the price €24.30 a person rather than the cost of a private charter. If you need a boat to yourselves, this is not that.

Is there a group discount?

There is no group discount and no group surcharge. Everyone pays the same €24.30, children aged 4–9 pay €5 less and children under four are free. The price already includes dinner, the show and soft drinks, so there is nothing left to discount.

Do we have to pay a deposit?

No. Nothing is paid in advance and nothing is held on a card. The reservation is a name, a date and a headcount, and the whole bill is settled on board at the end of the evening.

Can each person pay for themselves?

Payment is on board at the end of the evening, in cash in euros, lira or dollars, or by card. Settle it in one payment or in parts, whichever the group prefers.

Will we all be seated together?

Yes. Tables are assigned before the doors open, and a group's tables are placed side by side in one run. Tell us the number when you book and the seating plan is drawn up around it.

Can we bring a cake or decorations?

Tell us on WhatsApp what you have in mind and we will tell you what the boat can do. Say so when you book rather than on the night.

Is hotel transfer available for a group?

Yes, at €5 per person in both directions. Give us the hotel when you book; if the group is staying in more than one place, tell us each one and we will confirm the pick-ups.

Is it right for a hen or stag night?

Yes, with one thing understood: it is a dinner cruise that ends as a party, not a booze cruise. There are couples and families on board. The DJ set after dessert is a proper one and the deck is the place for it, the boat is alongside by midnight, and Beyoğlu is a short ride from the pier for the rest of the night.

Can children come with a group?

Yes. Ages 0–3 sail free, ages 4–9 pay €19.30, and from age 10 the full €24.30 applies. Tell us the ages when you book so the seating and the bill are right.

What if some people drop out?

Tell us by message and the headcount is changed. The whole booking can be cancelled free until 19:00 on the day of the cruise, and since nothing was paid there is nothing to refund.

Can a group book for tonight?

Smaller groups, yes, until the 21:00 departure, subject to space. For a large group, message us as early as you can; the earlier we know, the better the run of tables.
