Yes: BosforTour’s hotel transfer collects you from your hotel, brings you to Cibali Pier and takes you back after the cruise for +€5 per person, free for children up to 3. It covers fourteen central districts and, for the same evening, has to be booked before 18:30.
The cruise ends between 23:45 and midnight, at a pier on the Golden Horn, in a city whose trams are not built around your evening. That is the real case for the hotel transfer: not that the pier is hard to find on the way out — with the T5 tram it is easy — but that the way back is the part of the night nobody wants to plan. For €5 a head, somebody else plans it.
Before the cruise, a driver collects you from your hotel and brings you to the pier in time for boarding. After the cruise, when the boat is back alongside, you are driven back to your hotel. There is nothing to arrange at either end, no meter to watch and no address to explain in a language you do not speak.

If your hotel is in one of these districts, the transfer is available. If it is not — on the Asian side, out by the airport, further up the Bosphorus — the way to the pier is the tram, the metro or a taxi, and every route to Cibali is set out on its own page. The transfer is €5 per person, for the journey out and the journey back together. Children up to 3 travel free; from age 4 the full €5 applies, whatever the child pays for the cruise itself. A few examples:

The cruise itself can be booked on the day until the 21:00 departure. The transfer cannot be left that late: for the same evening it has to be booked before 18:30. Booking a day or more ahead removes the question entirely. After 18:30 on the day, the cruise is still yours to book — the way to the pier is simply the T5 tram or a taxi to “Cibali, Kadir Has Üniversitesi”.
It is worth it for families with small children, for anyone staying in Taksim, Şişli or Beşiktaş who would otherwise change twice on the way, for groups who want to arrive together, and for everyone who would rather not think about getting home after midnight.
It is less necessary if your hotel is close to a T5 stop, or if you plan to stay out after the cruise rather than go straight back. In that case, the tram there and a taxi home works perfectly well.
